Tommy Coyle TC60 is high-energy ultimate fat burning sessions, these are non-contact boxing, circuits and bodyweight blasts. Become fit, healthy, strong and confident whilst training in a great atmosphere with like minded people.
TC60 sessions are open to all abilities, both males and females (aged 18 and over) and allow you to go at your own pace and concentrate on your own progression. No boxing experience required.
Our friendly coaches create a fun and supportive atmosphere so theres no fear of judgement, giving you the encouragement to become fit and healthy.
No commitment and no contract, just turn up, get fit, have fun and meet new people.
